Are your products vegan?

Our vegan products carry the label 'suitable for vegans' and are marked as such on the label.

All of our products are suitable for vegetarians and are free from gelatine.

Where do you produce your products?

All of our products are produced in Germany, Europe.

How long does it take for delivery?

Express delivery takes normally 1-2 days in Europe, and 2-4 days for other destinations. However, there might be some delays in cases whereby there might be customs inspections or acts of God, like weather. A tracking number will always be provided, once the package is shipped, so that the customers can have easy viewing of where their package is at all times.

How can I pay for my order?

We only offer Paypal as of now.
